Here is a picture of Jill (mother of two sons...IN COLLEGE) doing handstand push ups! The entire 20 minute workout Jill never kipped once and to be honest it really didn't look like she even needed to use the ab mat. Impressive.
Hey Jill, ever think about signing up for the competetion this March? I think we could use another team member on the lady team.

So...Red does 50 Double unders, 50 Sit ups then...40 40 ..all the way down to 10 10 Done. Blue starts at 40 and goes down. Green at 30.
