What could possibly be better than watching your kids improve themselves physically? Well, trying to keep up with them. Dan and his Son Alex enjoy a relaxing set of pull ups together during one of last weeks workouts. One of the things that helps Alex push himself to the limits is the idea of being able to beat his dad in competiton. Way to go Alex, that is no easy feat.
