When most women begin getting back in shape after they give birth they don't expect to run their fastest 5K of their lives right away. Kelly pictured here (5th lady from the right) ran her first 5K since being pregnant and ran faster than she has even before the pregnancy. Kelly says she owes it all to CrossFit.
