Mary Beth and Mel enjoy finishing up their WOD on the floor which just goes to show you that a couple that sweats together stays together. Both always make it into the gym and it is showing. Mary Beth has so far lost over 20lbs. and that doesn't add the muscle she has gained in the process, so if you want to get technical she has probably dropped at least 30lbs of fat! Mel has lost inches in his waist and gained rock solid muscle in the process. You guys are amazing! Keep up the good work, we love watching you succeed.
