Hey Mike,
I went to the doctor today to get the results of some lab tests. Great news! Since my last tests, my cholesterol is down 10%, my triglycerides are down 33% and my very bad cholesterol (VLDL) is down 39%. The major difference is that I have been doing Crossfit training for the last seven months. As a practical matter, this means that the doctor has reduced my blood pressure medicine by half, substituted a less potent (and fewer side effects) cholesterol medication, and eliminated one of my glucose medications entirely!
Crossfit cures what ails ya!
