When
son AJ got a taste of CrossFit Troy he knew he had to get his parents
involved. It didn't take long. Within AJs first week he had the
appointment made for them before they even knew they were coming. When
you've discovered a good think it's hard to keep quiet about it. Seems
to be a lot of that around Troy these days.
