The majority of you get your CrossFit workout done either at noon or during one of the evening hours and really never even come to the gym during the 6 or 7:30 am classes. These are the two most competitive hours of the day, in my opinion. If you ever train outside your normal hour (which you should every now and then for good CF practice) come and check out the early birds. The men are finishing the WODs and colapsing into a sweaty mass on the floor. The women are playing king of the hill with weights, I just love it! Here Stephanie works hard to eventually get an unmodified dip. Way to go early birds.
Holiday Hours: Thanksgiving Day, Thursday 9:00 am class ONLY! Bring your running shoes. Friday classes will start at noon and go on as usual the rest of the day.
Announcement: The benchmark workouts might start changing days! Who knows what day the next one will be on? Also, their might be multiple benchmarks in a week too!

So...Red does 50 Double unders, 50 Sit ups then...40 40 ..all the way down to 10 10 Done. Blue starts at 40 and goes down. Green at 30.
