Attached is a picture
of my daughter Rachel and myself after the Indianapolis Monumental Marathon
last Saturday, celebrating our accomplishment of running four marathons together this year. As I said back in
September, it feels great to be getting back in shape and CrossFit has been
instrumental in allowing me to establish a fitness foundation that will help me
to stay fit overall and enable me to keep running for a very long time -- also,
so that I can keep up this very cool father/daughter activity. Your post yesterday of being able to do this stuff in your 50's and beyond was very fitting
and true. Thanks again for the coaching.
