At 5:50 am there isn't a whole lot of talking going on during the warmup. Crossfitters come in in various stages of waking up, some still with pillow lines on their faces. So when Jasma set her abmats against the wall to do modified handstand pushups not much was thought of it. When she was asked how long she had been going upside down her response was "never." So after a few quick pointers Jasma was off to her upside down workout.
It's always great to see CrossFitters step outside their comfort zones, very inspirational Jasma.
