T.J. is one of CrossFitters that decided that he wanted to make a drastic lifestyle change and signed up for the "I Am CrossFit" Challenge. So far he has seen amazing improvements and it's only been 2.5 weeks. I don't want to spoil any of the future surprises by giving out some of his gains but I can tell you that the work T.J. has been putting in on his Homework WODs (yes you read that right, HOMEWORK workouts), food journal, and team wods has been really paying off.
