We don't get enough photos of the morning group. Every Mon, Wed and Friday they are at the gym at 6:00 am on a mission. Led by trainer Matt Melvin they are done with their WOD before many of us have finished our breakfasts. I have great respect for every one of these early birds. And nice Push Jerk Jasma.
