Mike recovers after the 18 minute 12.3 workout. This picture captures well the way we all felt after this WOD. The training team was so impressed with the effort the entire gym put into this monster workout. Many that had never done toes to bar in their life found it within themselves to do multiple rounds of them. Many that had never lifted that heavy found they could do it many times over. And all of us that wanted to quit at the 10 minute mark, stayed the course. Congratulations to all!
