Some of you may not know Mitch. He's Pam and Mikes son and leads CFTs sister gym Centerville CrossFit. He's proved himelf not only as one of the premier coaches, but also among the top competitive crossfitters in the Central East Region. Also best of luck to 2 other Centerville competitors Casey Strope and Adam Rogers who also qualified.
