Mike's Shoulder Update: Many of you have been asking. Today I got confirmation that I'll be going under the knife. Surgery planned for August 17th. Then 4-6 months recovery. Sounds like it going to be a long hard WOD. I've seen many of you go through similar trials, so thanks for paving the way. -- Mike
