Yesterday I took a Crossfit class here in Colorado Springs, where the altitude is 7,000+ feet--VERY HARD, but I always feel so good when I am done. I was bright red and very sweaty. Our warm up & WOD included rowing 500 meters, 2 rounds of 20 box jumps, then 3 rounds of 10 pushups, 10 pull ups, 12 dips, 50 squats, and 10 cleans. Miss all of you. I'm helping my daughter with her new baby, I'll be back in a month.
