A1: Front Squat 4-6 (increasing load)
A2: Clapping Push-ups 5-8
Every 2 minutes for 4 rounds
7 Power Snatch (95/135 Master 75/115)
100 yard Med Ball Carry/Run
7 Bend Over DB Rows (Heavy)
AMRAP 10 minutes
10 Skater Lunges (open hips in between, L+R=2)
EMOTM for 7 minutes
