Elements
To get started in the CrossFit Program you must complete Elements. At CrossFit Troy, we not only want to make sure that you get the safest, most effective workout, but that you're part of the CrossFit Troy's Community before you start your first group class. Coached by a CrossFit Troy coach, and delivered in small group sessions, CrossFit Elements is designed to get you to your first class with the knowledge you need to be successful.

Attendance in our Elements series is a pre-requisite to joining CrossFit Classes. This program includes three 60-min classes and is capped at 3 participants per class. You must register for class. In each session, you will be taught several movements, develop skills in that movement, and perform a WOD (work out of the day) utilizing the skills you have learned. We will also provide you with feedback on how to track training progress and your nutrition. Cost for the program is $150. You can save $20 each if you come with a friend and $40 each if you come with two friends! If you come with a friend or two, it's not required you attend the same session - but they do need to be scheduled into a class. For more information, email us at mlyons1@woh.rr.com
