There are 2 options to taking your first steps to training at CrossfitTroy.
Both of these options will introduce you to the Crossfit methodology. Our basic training movements will be taught to you and you will achieve a basic level of competency with them before you enter into our team workouts. You will also have an opportunity to try some introductory WODs (Workouts of the Day) to give you an idea of what training CrossFit is like. All our sessions are in a small group context 1-10 new athletes/trainer for the On Ramp and 1-3 for the Foundations Series.
OPTION 1
Next session starts Tues, Feb 2nd at 5:30pm
The On Ramp is for those that want, or need to take a slower, more gradual approach to starting their training. Maybe your deconditioned (which means way our of shape) or feel your lacking a bit on the confidence side of things. Don't worry the On Ramp will provide you with a smooth transition to get you on the road to becoming fit. More information below.
OPTION 2
The Foundation Series
The Foundations Series is a faster track approach to getting started in CrossFit. Maybe you've got an athletic background or are coming into CrossFit with some degree of fitness. Don't worry you will still go through a gradual introduction to CrossFit but we'll be moving at a signifocant faster pace than the On Ramp. More information below.

Duration: 3 times a week for 4 weeks
Days/Times (By appointment only): Mon. -- Wed. -- Thurs / 9:00-10:00 am or 7:30-8:30 pm
Cost: $100.00
Begins: The first Monday of each Month
Foundations Series
Duration: 3 times a week for 1 week
Days/Times: Mon.-- Wed. -- Fri / 5:30 pm (By appointment only) If these times do not work for you, contact us and we'll find a time that does.
Cost: $150.00 (Join your spouse or family member and pay $225.00)
Begins: New sessions every week.
