If you currently have a 3x/week membership, you will be converted to UNLIMITED. Effective December 2013.
We recommend no less than 3 training sessions per week and no more than 5-6.
If you are a current 2x/wk member, please know that you are able to keep your membership as it is. We encourage you to consider upgrading to the Unlimited membership. If you are a current 3x/wk member, your membership will be Unlimited (Effective Dec 2nd)!
Friday Open Gym Times
A trainer will be there available to help you. This will be a more unstructures time that you can work on a problem area, an area of interest, make up a WOD you missed, or just make up your own WOD. This opportunity is available only to those with an unlimited membership. 2x/wk members may drop in for $10/session.
Every 4 min for 3 rounds:
A1. Deadlift @2110; 5-7 reps
A2. Wtd dips @20X1; 5-7 reps
(1 partner works at a time)
